By cshel: Brightness is fine, sturdiness is ok. You have to charge the thing with a usb cord which it comes with but no adapter. Why can’t I buy a 10x mirror that just plugs in and turns on! Got new eyeliner, sat down to try it out and the battery was dead! Annoying! Will come unscrewed from base. Beware if you take it o trips.

By BCG: I love this mirror! BUT, the charge does not last! I get about 1 hour out of a full charge. It is advertised as lasting 8 – 10 hours so I have to assume that mine is defective. I am returning it for a replacement and will update my review after I test out the new one. Other than the charge not lasting as advertised and expected, the mirror itself is great! I am hoping my new one will be different.

I recently had my eyebrows micro bladed so trying to be very precise when plucking to keep my brow shape perfect. This mirror zooms in so much I can see every pore and things I don’t want to see on my face- but I love it! I love that you can charge it up and the light stays charged for quite a while. I even catch my boyfriend using it now and then when he shaves his face. It’s great to have in the bathroom & I would highly recommend!

By Cara Randle: I absolutely adore this mirror. It is perfect. I am makeup obsessed and I have tried every makeup mirror there is! They all break easily and aren’t that bright and always fade with time. This is one of the cheapest I have owned, yet it is so high quality. Finally one that’s bright enough!!!! Excellent selfie lighting too. Perfect for all tasks, it doesn’t make your brows disappear and you can alter the brightness. Great that it can be used plugged in and portably for holidays etc. It looks lovely in my room, the tray at the bottom is neat and it folds away lovely. It’s easy to assemble and simple to use. The cable is long enough. The mirror can be angled up and down. Happy customer, highly recommend.

Missed my at home dressing table to apply my makeup etc. This has a useful light, tilts easily at various angles, magnifying sections are useful but I would prefer higher than 3x and for the stronger magnified section to be at the top rather than the bottom. Folding sections ensure protection during transportation.

By imblessedx6: Not a great mirror. The clarity is just not there. The light starts super bright, but does not stay bright. The split mirrors are on left. They are hard to see in- not that functional for their purpose-hard to explain. Just not a great mirror.

By Ann: I bought this for better lighting and the magnification mirrors…the 2x and 3x mirrors are so small that it really is hard to use them but it’s doable. It comes with a USB cord or you can use batteries, the batteries don’t allow the mirror to get as bright as with the USB cord so I was disappointed in that cause the cord is so short and not ideal unless you are using it right next to the power source. I was actually a little disappointed in the lighting anyway, hoping for more of a true daylight light. It does fold nicely and is easy to use and is lightweight. It’s just ok for me, but not what I was hoping for.

It is the perfect size to put on a desk or vanity and the lights are so wonderful and bright. It looks nice and it really works well. If you prefer not to deal with batteries it comes with a white USB cord that you can plug into a wall charger (charger not included). I really appreciated that feature as I do not buy batteries often.

By J.A.Barnes: I wanted to love this mirror. I received it in March and the first three weeks it worked great. I love the different magnification on the mirrors. Here’s the problem I encountered this week. After working perfectly for a few weeks now when I turn on the light it doesn’t stay on. It turns on then a few seconds later it turns off. I tried changing the batteries and the usb cord. Still won’t stay on. So now I have a mirror, not a lighted mirror. Kind of bummed cuz I was excited to get it and now I have to look for a different one that actually works.

First it does come with ac/dc cord but it does not tell you that you will need an ac/dc adapter to plug it in to charge the battery to start using it, so I had to buy one once it came. Then maybe I’m slow but it turns off after an hour and I’m not done putting my make-up on. And the light is hot and isn’t that bright. The size is great and I like that it turns around in all directions.

By agirl26: I searched through numerous high-priced brands and reviews before taking a chance on this. So glad I did! Perfect size, magnification, and since a plug in version—works every time. The LED light can be a little dim, but isn’t overwhelming. I use other bathroom lights to supplement when I want additional brightness. So glad I didn’t spend more than twice the amount for ones with bad reviews. I highly recommend this version if you want to plug in.

By James M.: I had an unlighted double-sided mirror for shaving, but it was always hard to see because the bathroom lights were only on one side. There was no electrical outlet close enough for a regular lighted mirror either. I didn’t want to spend $$$ to get an outlet installed just for a mirror, so I just lived with it, that is, until I stumbled across this mirror. It has been the perfect solution. I had to buy a longer USB cord to reach the outlet, but that wasn’t a big deal. I pretty much knew that before I ordered it. The lights on this mirror are bright. The mirrors are clear and of good quality. I can actually see all of my face when I’m shaving. The wife likes to use it for her makeup too. If I had to pick a nit, it would be the size of the magnifying mirror. It is smaller due to the ring of lights around the outside. You have to jockey your face into just the right position to get in focus. It’s really just the nature of the beast and really doesn’t take long to get used to. Again, just a nit-pick. I’m really happy with the mirror. The battery life is great too. I use it every day to shave, plus the wife using it for makeup, and it easily lasts a month on a charge. I’ve never actually ran the battery down. Good stuff!

I bought this for my wife and I am sure she is going to like it.

I just installed it (as a surprise). Here are my few issues: 1) the installation instructions are picture only (like IKEA) except for “SAFETY NDTES” (sic). Not that that is a bad thing, just sayin’. One part of the instructions indicates, “The enclosed screws and dowels are only suitable for concrete.” I found this funny as how many concrete bathroom walls are there out there? Plus, the screws sure looked like wood screws to me. 2) The power cord is long and there is no way of shortening it. My plug-in is only 12″ from the mirror and that means I have about 12″ extra inches of cord.

Installers: This mirror is heavy and I am not sure that the three screws using the anchors will hold very long. I suggest finding a wall stud. Good luck!

If I were to buy it all over again, I would have looked for a mirror that has an adjustment power cord. But that is ONLY from my standpoint as the installer.

By TJRN: The mirror is beautiful and the bronze matches my bathroom fixtures. It was easy to install, but make sure you attach to wood studs as drywall would not last (It is very heavy). The light is a real DISAPPOINTMENT, it is like a night light. Unless you have other bright lights in your bathroom, this light will not give you enough light to see. I am going to see if I can purchase a brighter light to go with this.

I decided to take a chance and try this one out since I just got my dream vanity and it DOES NOT DISAPPOINT…this mirror is PERFECT. It’s not heavy which makes it perfectly portable, it doesn’t take long to charge completely and a full charge will last you a week or more with using the light and music about 45 mins each time which is incredible. I haven’t had mine die on me yet but I do charge it about every 6 days. I love it can rotate 360 and it’s very user-friendly. I literally play my music on this mirror every single time I sit down to do my makeup. It gets loud too!! The mirror quality Ian super clear and you can adjust how bright you need the lights to be, I keep mine dim for the most part because I also have a ring light. I also like that it has the little optional magnified mini mirror as well. Best investment I could have made for my new vanity.

It lights up just perfectly and the Bluetooth speaker is an added bonus. It’s not amazing sound.. But decent enough to use. I will be ordering a second one for myself.

By Blonddee: Maybe I misread the product info but this mirror, although lovely and large enough is just not bright enough when you turn it on to give you the proper lighting to apply makeup. I am keeping it because I use it to do my hair and have another mirror to apply makeup, but be aware that it is not adequately bright to see what you are doing during a makeup session.

By ART: I was so excited to get this in the mail to try out before heading to college; it’s going to replace the big vanity I have at home. The built-in bluetooth/speaker was what prompted me to buy this out of other mirrors on the market. It’s very easy to use and the instructions are insanely easy to follow. The bluetooth connects seamlessly and assembly is no problem. However, the way the light dims is more than just holding down the soft-touch circle; in order for the lights to dim you must rotate your fingertip along the circle on the mirror (just a helpful tip). Also, there are two portions of holes to allow the sound to project out. I’m not sure if there’s supposed to be two speakers, sound projecting out of both sets of holes, but only one of mine is working, which is why I’m giving this product three stars.
