Ivana Trump is asking $26.5 million for her condominium, which she bought the year she divorced Donald Trump.
The late socialite, who died in July of this year, made sure her home reflected her extravagant taste, with pink marble, fringed furniture, and plenty of leopard print as standard. These distinctive architectural choices, which pay homage to the lady who has owned the house since 1992, are still on display in the house today.

Before you enter the main living areas of the house, which is situated on the exclusive Upper East Side Lenox Hill neighborhood, you may mistake it for one of the nicest residences in the world because to its limestone exterior.
Before moving to the United States and being married to the former president in 1977, the American entrepreneur and socialite of Czech ancestry had resided in Canada in the 1970s. Before their divorce, the pair shared a waterfront house in Greenwich, which Ivana later purchased. Donald Trump’s real estate holdings also grew independently. We explore this luxurious estate.

The townhouse’s almost-regal entranceway greets you as you enter, setting the tone for the remainder of the property.
The crimson and gold upholstered walls, which are accented by a massive chandelier, a Romanesque statue, and a piano in the corner, are noteworthy examples of entrance ideas.

The second floor, which is located above the entrance level and connects to the main living areas, is where the color scheme switches from a deep red to a green. But much like the entrance, this room is drenched in gold and showcases a collection of antiques and elaborate figures that give the room a more intimate sense for Ivana.

The “library” area (on the third level), which is less green but much more animal print oriented, has other living room design ideas. This room is a genuine ode to the leopard, with an abundance of soft furniture and a painting of two amusing leopards.

The gold color, which is prominent throughout the room and can be seen on the chandelier and surrounding picture frames, highlights the brown and yellow tones.

The bedroom design concepts are equally lavish and use a constantly varied color palette that includes brighter pinks, greens, and, of course, gold. This concept is continued in the four-poster bed, Chinese wallpaper, and spectacular fireplace, which lends the house a little more traditional appearance.

This magnificence is continued in the en-suite bathroom. The pink-tinged marble and the twin sinks that are located next to the bathroom are notable characteristics. Naturally, the faucets and hardware are gold in color.
